BACH provides the tools for 100,000+ users to plan the perfect bachelor or bachelorette party. Every feature was designed to help your crew collaborate on plans. The big problem for BACH was, how do they create engaging, intuitive features for monetization?

What we did

The Bach app has done an amazing job of gathering hundreds of thousands of users to plan bachelor and bachelorette parties around the country. Monetization became more crucial to their business, and the team needed a new approach and redesign of 3 core features – users’ itinerary, event pages, and booking/purchase flow.


We led an end-to-end UX and UI redesign of these 3 core features, with the aim of encouraging event exploration, seamless planning, and fast checkout of experiences for the group. Integrating existing features like group voting, sharing, and in-app messaging were crucial to maintaining an intuitive and familiar experience as part of the redesign.

The result

Our design led to a more intuitive experience of exploring and booking experiences in the app, along with the refreshed art direction new iconography, interaction design, and typography that will soon scale to the rest of the app.

The Wolf&Whale team rocks. Their process is what stuck out to me -- they work super fast, are collaborative, and prioritize creating prototypes to demonstrate their ideas. We are continuing to work with them for the rest of our app redesign.
