What we did?
Re-defined the user journey for sending, requesting, and approving requests. Setting clear distinct goals for Extend’s users helped us prioritize which features to build first and inspire a visual makeover of the experience, leveraging Extend’s existing design system. What we ended up creating was a user-friendly, uncluttered flow that dynamically responds to cardholder’s needs and preferences.
