The Brief

Our task was to re-imagine the web experience of sendwave, a Chime-owned P2P payment platform. With our new design and content strategy, we helped them recruit a growing global audience, improve conversion to download the app, and provided easy access to valuable documents on currency conversions and general mobile banking for customers.

In parallel to our design process, we created a strategy for their web development needs and pushed their existing content to a new CMS on Webflow, allowing for a more flexible workflow and reliable framework.

Design & Strategy

As with all Wolf&Whale projects, creating an impactful design starts with an impactful strategic framework for the brand to operate with — a set of strategic principles, a content strategy, and tone of voice to position the company accordingly. The design aesthetic and user experience benefitted heavily from aligning all stakeholders on how to position the brand, what to share, and how to simplify the offering.

The result.

The result led to an increase in conversion on their site, a more robust CMS platform using Webflow, and a more professional, comprehensive digital experience that helped position sendwave for a major acquisition by WorlRemit.

“Wolf&Whale helped us craft a culturally conscious design that felt approachable and intuitive for our global audience.”
